Grilled Chicken Wings

Cook Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients
- 20 chicken wings (flats and drums)
- 16 oz (1 bottle) of Patterson’s Mopping Sauce
- 1 tablespoon of salt
Marinade
- 3 cups of lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons of cajun seasoning
Directions
- Place wings in a zip bag and pour in lemon juice and cajun seasoning
- Place in fridge for up to 4 hours
- Create indirect heating arrangement in your grill
- Place wings on the cooler side of your grill and sprinkle salt over them
- Mop Patterson’s Mopping Sauce on the wings after ~15 minutes of cooking
- Continue to mop every 10 minutes (or every time you flip them)
- Grill until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165 degrees Fahrenheit. The cook time can vary based on the temperature of your setup
Notes:
- If you like your wings hot add a few teaspoons of cayenne pepper to Patterson’s Mopping Sauce before mopping!
