Place the potato between two long, flat objects - we like to use chopsticks, but anything that will prevent you from cutting all the way through the potato will work
Place the potato onto a foil-lined baking sheet
Pour over the melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Bake the potato for ~55 minutes or until the center is tender (we suggest trying to insert a narrow knife into the center layers
When the potato is done, sprinkle with cheese and place the potato back into the oven until the cheese is melted
Top with sour cream, bacon and green onion, and thick mop sauce (see below)

Pour the Patterson’s Mopping Sauce into a small saucepan and cook on low for 10-15 minutes, stirring intermittently to prevent sticking
