This simple BBQ tofu recipe will have you putting these delicious, gluten-free, and high in protein, baked tofu bites on everything!

Ingredients
- 1 package extra-firm tofu
- 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ¾ cup Patterson’s Mopping Sauce
Directions
- Wrap the tofu in two layers of paper towels, place on a plate
- Place weight on top (a cast iron skillet is a great option) and leave for a couple hours
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes, place in a bowl and toss in olive oil. Add spices and continue tossing until all cubes are evenly coated
- Spread evenly on a foil-lined baking tray sprayed with non-stick spray
- Bake for 15 minutes, then add Patterson’s Mopping Sauce to the tofu and stir cubes to coat evenly
- Continue baking until the sauce has caramelized and the edges of the cubes are crispy (around 15 - 20 minutes)
- Toss in more Patterson’s Mopping Sauce immediately after they come out of the oven for additional flavor!
- These make a great appetizer, main course or topping for salads. They’re great on everything!
